论文以蓝环水母（Phyllorhiza sp.）为研究对象，观察了自由游泳胞芽形态及附着变态为水螅体、水螅体横裂产生碟状体以及碟状体变态发育成水母体的过程。主要结果如下：蓝环水母水螅体具有出芽生殖和横裂生殖两种无性繁殖方式。水螅体可在实验室长期保存，在20~25℃均可进行出芽生殖和横裂生殖，自由游泳胞芽附着变态发育为成熟水螅体需10~12天，水螅体出芽开始至产生自由游泳胞芽需要2~3天，成熟水螅体横裂生殖产生碟状体，从开始横裂至碟状体释放需经过4~5天，为单碟型横裂，当横裂体感觉器形成到水螅体触手完全消失之前横裂体中央口盘边缘会变为蓝紫色。碟状体在温度25℃、盐度29‰~32‰的条件下，约12天发育成水母幼体。

In this experiment, the conditions for amplify polyp populations and strobilation of Phyllorhiza sp. were explored. The asexual reproductive process and the metamorphosis of ephyra into medusa were observed and described. The main results are as follows, Phyllorhiza sp. has two asexual reproduction modes: swimming buds and strobilation. Polyps can be permanent stored in laboratory. Producing swimming buds and strobilation both can be observed at 20~25°C. It takes 10~12 days for metamorphosis to mature polyps after swimming buds attachment. It takes 2~3 days to produce swimming buds for polyp asexual reproduction. Monodisc is the strobilation mode of Phyllorhiza sp. and it takes 4~5 days before the ephyra get rid of the residual polyp. The edge of the central disc of strobila kept blue-purple from the formation of rhopalia to the disappearing of polyp tentacles. It takes 12 days for ephyra develop into juvenile medusa under 25°C，29‰~32‰（salinity）.
