Effect of photoperiod, temperature, and initial cell density on the growth of Prorocentrum lima (Sanya strain)

研究了光照周期、温度和起始密度3个因素的不同水平组合对利玛原甲藻Prorocentrum lima(三亚株)的生长的影响。结果显示, 光照周期、温度和起始密度均是影响利玛原甲藻生长的显著因子(F>F0.01), 影响程度为: 起始密度>光照周期>温度, 最佳搭配为温度30℃, 光照周期12h︰12h, 起始密度2000cells•mL?1。

In this study, the effect of temperature, photoperiod, and initial cell density on the growth of P. lima was studied using the Orthogonal Design Method. The results showed all three factors had significant effects on the growth of this dinoflagellate (F>F0.01), ranking as: initial cell density > photoperiod > temperature. The optimum culture condition was: 30℃, 12h︰12h, and an initial cell density of 2000cells•mL?1.
