不同浓度的铜离子对坛紫菜丝状体的生理生态影响

Toxic effects of heavy metal copper on the conchocelis of Porphyra haitanensis

摘要: 文章通过测定急性条件下不同浓度重金属离子Cu对坛紫菜自由丝状体的生长状态、对叶绿素a生物合成影响和对贝壳丝状体的壳孢子放散的毒性效应。结果发现: 在Cu2+浓度不断升高、暴露时间不断延长过程中, 坛紫菜自由丝状体生长状态受到严重抑制, 且颜色由深红色变为浅红色、黄色、绿色、灰白色; 随着Cu2+胁迫浓度升高, 短时间内, 叶绿素a含量显著性下降。铜离子对坛紫菜自由丝状体在24、48和72h的半抑制浓度IC50的估计值为3.298、0.625、0.171mg·L-1, 其安全浓度约为0.0171mg·L-1。对于壳孢子放散而言, 表现出较好的剂量-效应关系。低浓度处理组基本对壳孢子放散量没有影响, 而高浓度处理组的壳孢子放散量明显受到Cu2+的影响, 放散量显著性下降或几乎没有壳孢子放散。

Abstract: In this paper, we show some of our findings from measuring the growth of free conchocelis of Porphyra haitanensis, the effects on the biosynthesis of Chl a,and the release of the shell fixed conchocelis under the different concentrations of heavy metal ions Cu. The growth of free conchocelis of Porphyra haitanensiswas inhibited severely, and the color of the conchocelis became pink, yellow, green, and then white as the concentration increased and the exposure time prolonged. We also found the higher concentration of Cu2+ depressed the chlorophyll content in a short time. The influence of Cu on free conchocelis in the 24h, 48h , and 72h IC50 concentrations were: 3.298, 0.625, and 0.171 mg·L-1 (estimated value), while the safe concentration was 0.0171 mg·L-1 (estimated value). For conchospore releasing, the number of released conchospore showed a good dose-response relationship with the stress of Cu2+. Under low concentrations of Cu2+, the released conchospore number was not affected, while it was significantly inhibited at high concentration treatment.
