不同无机氮浓度下中肋骨条藻和三角褐指藻生长对生长环境 pH 的影响

摘要:

海洋酸化是当前一个严重的环境问题,  而海水 pH 的变化与微藻生长时对溶解无机碳的吸收有关。在室内
条件下采用生理生态学方法,  研究中肋骨条藻 Skeletonema costatum和三角褐指藻 Phaeodactylum tricornutum在不
同无机氮水平下生长到最大生物量时培养液 pH 的变化。结果表明,  培养液无机氮浓度从 10µmol·L−1
上升到200µmol·L−1过程中, 2 种微藻的叶绿素浓度和最终 pH 均呈上升趋势。培养液 pH 的增加量与无机氮的消耗量呈正
相关关系,  培养液 pH 的增加量与溶解无机碳的消耗量也呈正相关关系。

Abstract:

 Ocean acidification is a threatening environmental problem. A change of ocean pH is affected by the amount of
inorganic carbon that is absorbed by algae. Skeletonema costatum and Phaeodactylum tricornutum were grown in batch culture
to study the effects of different inorganic nitrogen concentrations on the change in pH. The results showed that the concentra-
tion of chlorophyll a and final pH of the two algae’s media increased with the medium N concentration from 10 to
200µmol·L−1. A significant linear relationship was observed between the change of pH and the consumption of inorganic N and
a linear significant relationship was also found between the change of pH and the consumption of inorganic carbon.
