投放双齿围沙蚕和马尾藻对养殖底泥上覆水氮、磷含量的影响

Effects of introduction of Perinereis aibuhitensis and Sargassum hemiphyllum on nitrogen and phosphorus in overlying water

摘要:

采用实验生态学的方法探讨由双齿围沙蚕和马尾藻组成的立体修复系统对养殖底泥上覆水氮、磷含量的影响。处理组1、2分别在系统(底泥1.5kg、海水6L和马尾藻10g)中投放4条和6条沙蚕。结果表明, 与对照组相比, 处理组中上覆水氮、磷含量有不同程度的变化。实验第1周上覆水的磷酸盐含量没有显著变化, 无机氮含量明显增大, 而且沙蚕密度越高, 上覆水中氨氮和硝态氮浓度越高。2个月后, 上覆水氨氮浓度大幅下降, 而硝态氮和磷酸盐浓度大幅上升; 同时, 上层马尾藻吸收营养盐而增重, 3组藻体湿重分别增重37%、58%和101%。依据实验结果认为, 投放6条沙蚕组合10g马尾藻形成的立体修复系统, 对底泥环境改善和养殖效益提升效果较好。

Abstract:

This study discussed the effects on nitrogen and phosphorus in overlying water due to the introduction of Perinereis aibuhitensis and Sargassum hemiphyllum. Four and six individuals of Perinereis aibuhitensis were put into the recovery system (1.5 kg bottom mud, 6 L sea water and 10 g Sargassum hemiphyllum) as treatment groups 1 and 2, respectively. The results indicated that nitrogen and phosphorus in overlying water changed significantly after the treatment. After the first week of culturing, phosphate did not change obviously, but ammonification and nitrification were strengthened. Two months later, NH4+-N was reduced significantly, while nitrogen and phosphate increased compared with the control. Sargassum helped the uptake of nutrients in the overlying water, the wet weight of which increased 37%, 58% and 101% in group 1, group 2 and control, respectively. These results showed that the recovery system of six Perinereis aibuhitensis and 10 g Sargassum hemiphyllum could effectively improve the sediment environment.
