Current status and prospects of coral reef ecology research

Abstract

Coral reef ecosystems are important components of marine ecosystems and play a crucial role in maintaining marine ecological balance and biodiversity. This article summarizes the current international and domestic development status of coral reef ecology through literature review. The major international research focuses include global change and coral reef ecosystems, establishment and maintenance of coral symbiosis, development and evolution of coral reef biotic systems, coral reef biodiversity and species distribution patterns, as well as coral reef ecosystem conservation and management. The major domestic research focuses include global change and coral reef ecosystems, coral-algal symbiosis under global change, diversity of coral symbiotic relationships, human activities and the South China Sea coral reef ecosystem, and coral reef biodiversity and community patterns. The future development trends in coral reef ecology research will emphasize the coral and coral reef ecosystems under the context of global change, coral symbiotic mechanisms, marginal coral reefs, and coral reef conservation and restoration. Future research in coral reef ecology in China should enhance global perspectives, strengthen domestic and international collaborations, explore underlying mechanisms, improve systematic research, and enhance coral reef conservation and restoration studies.

1 前言

1.1 珊瑚礁概况

习近平总书记强调:“生态环境保护和经济发展是辩证统一、相辅相成的。”在我国持续推进生态文明建设和绿色发展这一重要国策的框架下, “绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念早已深入人心。其中, 海洋生态文明建设是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分。在此背景下, 近年来我国海洋生态环境保护治理已取得积极成效, 海洋生态环境质量呈现总体向好趋势。尽管如此, 我国海洋生态保护仍面临许多问题。特别值得注意的是, 在全球变化和人类活动不断加剧的背景下, 以珊瑚礁生态系统为代表的典型海洋生态系统退化趋势仍未改变。
珊瑚礁是由造礁石珊瑚、珊瑚藻等钙质生物的石灰质骨骼残体经世代不断堆积形成的一种岩石体。全球珊瑚礁总面积约28~60万km2, 集中分布于印度-太平洋和大西洋-加勒比两大海区。我国珊瑚礁资源广阔, 总面积约3.8万km2, 主要分布在华南大陆沿岸、台湾岛和海南岛沿岸以及南海的东沙群岛、西沙群岛、中沙群岛和南沙群岛(黄晖 等, 2021)。但是, 在全球变化和人类活动不断加剧的背景下, 我国以及世界范围内的珊瑚与珊瑚礁资源出现严重退化(Eddy et al, 2021)。我国最新的珊瑚礁调查和评估结果表明, 目前我国珊瑚礁生态系统和造礁石珊瑚群落基本处于“一般”或“差”的状况(黄晖 等, 2021)。日渐衰退的珊瑚礁现状, 对我国的珊瑚礁生态学研究事业提出了更高要求。

1.2 研究价值

珊瑚礁生态系统是以珊瑚礁为基础形成的特殊生态系统, 是海洋生态系统的重要组成部分, 对于维持海洋生态系统的稳定和健康至关重要。珊瑚礁生态系统具有极高的物种多样性, 以占全球海洋不足0.2%的面积, 养育了超过25%的海洋生物种类, 在维持海洋生态平衡和生物多样性上扮演着重要角色(Cox et al, 2021)。因此, 珊瑚礁常被冠以“海洋中的热带雨林”的美誉(Graham et al, 2013; Harris et al, 2018)。珊瑚礁生态系统的价值, 也体现在为人类社会提供了巨大的生态服务功能和经济价值(Moberg et al, 1999)。一方面, 珊瑚礁的保堤护岸功能, 保护了热带沿岸人类的正常生产与生活(Harris et al, 2018); 另一方面, 珊瑚礁为热带沿海居民提供了大量海产品, 支持着他们的渔业生产活动(Brandl et al, 2019)。此外, 珊瑚礁是一种重要的国土资源。以我国南海为例, 南海诸岛中的绝大部分是珊瑚岛礁, 而这些岛礁地处亚太地区的“咽喉”, 具有极为重要的战略意义。
据此, 本文通过文献检索手段, 归纳了当前国际和国内珊瑚礁生态学领域的发展现状, 总结了珊瑚礁生态学研究的未来发展趋势, 并提出我国珊瑚礁生态学的发展对策。

2 研究方法

本文从Web of Science (SCI-EXPANDED)数据库中利用Topic = (coral) 并限定包含生态学(Ecology), 生物学(Biology)和海洋学(Oceanography)等珊瑚礁生态学相关研究领域对论文进行主题检索, 时间跨度为1985-2022年, 数据采集时间为2022年9月30日。检索获得26706条文献记录, 并在其中限定研究地区为中国后获得1257条文献记录。将文献全记录及其中来源于中国的文献记录导入Vos Viewer, 分别导出世界及中国(出现频次> 5)的珊瑚礁生态学研究高频关键词, 其中关键词包含文章提供的关键词(Author Keywords)以及Web of Science的生成关键词(Keywords Plus), 随后分析得出国际和国内研究热点与现状(图1)。

3 珊瑚礁生态学研究现状

如图1a、b所示, 在国际领域内, 珊瑚礁生态学研究主要关注的五个方面为: 全球变化与珊瑚礁生态系统; 珊瑚礁框架生物造礁石珊瑚共生关系的建立与维持; 珊瑚礁生物系统发育与进化; 珊瑚礁生物多样性及其物种分布格局; 珊瑚礁生态系统保护与管理。其中, 近10年来受广泛关注的新关键词包括: 气候变化 (climate change)、海洋酸化 (ocean acidification)、恢复力 (resilience)、生物多样性 (biodiversity)、影响 (impacts)、生态系统服务 (ecosystem services)、近岸 (coastal)、微生物群落 (bacterial communities)、热胁迫 (thermal stress)、基因表达 (gene expression)和修复 (restoration)等。
如图1c、d所示, 在国内, 珊瑚礁生态学研究主要关注5个方面, 分别为: 全球变化与珊瑚礁生态系统; 全球变化背景下的珊瑚-虫黄藻共生体; 珊瑚共生关系多样性; 人类活动与南海珊瑚礁生态系统; 珊瑚礁生物多样性及其群落格局。其中, 最高频的关键词包括: 南海 (South China Sea)、珊瑚 (coral)、气候变化 (climate change)、多样性 (diversity)、珊瑚礁 (coral reefs)、动态 (dynamics)、海洋酸化 (ocean acidification)、生长 (growth)、管理 (management)、群落 (community)、共生 (symbiosis)等。
国内外珊瑚礁生态学研究关注的主要方面存在相同之处, 但也各有不同侧重。国内外均关注的研究领域包括全球变化与珊瑚礁生态系统、造礁石珊瑚共生关系、珊瑚礁生物多样性及其物种分布格局等方面。国际上更侧重研究珊瑚礁生物系统发育与进化以及珊瑚礁生态系统保护与管理, 国内更侧重研究人类活动与南海珊瑚礁生态系统。此外, 相比于国外, 国内各珊瑚礁生态学研究团队的合作背景较为薄弱。

3.1 全球变化与珊瑚礁生态系统

珊瑚礁生物对于全球变化的响应和适应, 是当今国内外珊瑚礁生态学研究的热点(Knowlton et al, 2008)。相关研究主要围绕生物个体、种群、群落和生态系统等层面开展。
在生物个体层面的研究, 主要通过生理学、微生物与分子生物学研究手段, 揭示了不同环境胁迫(如升温、酸化和污染物等)对珊瑚礁生物的影响过程, 以及珊瑚礁生物对环境变化的响应和适应机制(Putnam et al, 2017; Rivera et al, 2021; Voolstra et al, 2021; Hill et al, 2022)。其中, 珊瑚礁生物对环境变化的生理可塑、驯化与跨代适应性等方面在近年来颇受关注, 极端环境对珊瑚抗逆性的驯化作用, 以及这种驯化作用的跨代遗传效应已被揭示(Kenkel et al, 2016; Wong et al, 2021; Zhou et al, 2023)。在种群层面的研究, 更多关注于环境变化背景下珊瑚礁生物的种群动态, 以及珊瑚礁物种种群(种群大小和分布等)对环境变化的响应(Kumagai et al, 2018; Hughes et al, 2019; Cybulski et al, 2020; Hemingson et al, 2022)。在全球变化背景下, 有关造礁石珊瑚以及关键礁栖生物幼体补充的研究尤为重要, 对于预测未来珊瑚礁生物种群结构的发展具有重要意义(Hughes et al, 2019)。在群落层面的研究, 多项研究解析了以造礁石珊瑚和礁栖鱼类为代表的生物群落在全球变化背景下的退化过程(Cybulski et al, 2020; Hemingson et al, 2022)。随着近年来区域保护力度的增强, 一些研究开始关注珊瑚礁生物群落的恢复过程(Gouezo et al, 2019; McManus et al, 2021)。但有研究发现, 珊瑚资源在恢复过程中有部分功能类群缺失, 珊瑚礁功能性状多样性并没有完全恢复(McWilliam et al, 2020) 。在生态系统层面, 全球变化导致的珊瑚礁生态系统退化已成共识(Hughes et al, 2018a, b), 进而引发的生物多样性丧失对珊瑚礁生态系统结构、能量流动以及生态服务功能产生了持续的负面影响(Morais et al, 2020), 珊瑚礁生态系统从珊瑚相演变为藻相的危机日益严峻(Graham et al, 2015)。国内有关全球变化与珊瑚礁生态系统的研究多在珊瑚个体层面展开, 从生理、基因表达和微生物等角度已揭示了不同种珊瑚对海水升温、酸化等环境胁迫的响应机制(Zhou et al, 2017; Yu et al, 2021a; Jiang et al, 2022)。此外, 国内研究更关注对于环境(如水温、光照以及碳酸盐体系等)和珊瑚状况(如珊瑚白化、敌害和疾病等)这两个方面的野外监测(Hughes et al, 2013)。在近年来已监测到多次近岸珊瑚的热白化事件, 以此为基础的珊瑚热白化预警系统也已初步完善(Lyu et al, 2022)。

3.2 造礁石珊瑚共生关系

造礁石珊瑚是典型的共生体系, 珊瑚虫能够与真核藻类(以虫黄藻为主)、细菌和古菌等微生物形成特有且复杂的共生关系。这些共生微生物能够在获取营养、预防疾病等方面为宿主珊瑚提供重要帮助(Rosenberg et al, 2007)。因此, 珊瑚是研究生物共生作用的优良载体, 珊瑚共生关系的多样性是珊瑚应对环境变化的重要策略, 同样也是当今国内外珊瑚礁生态学研究的热点。相关研究主要围绕珊瑚与虫黄藻共生关系的建立和维持, 以及珊瑚共生生物的多样性与时空动态等方面开展。
珊瑚与虫黄藻共生关系的稳定是保证珊瑚礁生态系统持续健康发展的生物学基础(Muscatine et al, 1977), 虫黄藻逃离引起的珊瑚白化可导致珊瑚死亡(Hughes et al, 2018b)。珊瑚与虫黄藻共生关系的建立机制是国际上的研究难点, 其共生关系建立的时间、过程, 以及共生伙伴间的选择机制仍未被全面揭示。不过随着分子生物学技术的快速发展, 在基因表达层面, 国外学者们对珊瑚与虫黄藻共生建立机制有了新认知, 一些关键基因的功能和细胞间相互作用的机制被发现(Mohamed et al, 2020; Yoshioka et al, 2021); 利用软珊瑚和海葵等模式生物以及虫黄藻逃逸模型, 逐步揭示了与共生作用相关的细胞谱系、特定基因和关键通路(Matthews et al, 2017; Hu et al, 2020)。此外, 大部分研究关注珊瑚与虫黄藻共生关系的维持机制, 这也被认为是造礁石珊瑚适应全球变化的基础。在维持珊瑚与虫黄藻共生关系动态平衡的过程中: 结合生理学和多组学研究, 一些关键基因和功能蛋白的调节作用被阐明, 宿主通过氮调控对共生营养关系的主导作用得到揭示(Cui et al, 2019; Kenkel et al, 2020; Xiang et al, 2020; Fox et al, 2021); 应用同位素生态学和生物学手段, 共生伙伴间的营养关系动态变化, 和营养调控作用机制被揭示, 异养可塑性更强的珊瑚被认为更有可能在未来全球变化背景下存活(Conti-Jerpe et al, 2020; Rädecker et al, 2021, 2022; Botana et al, 2022)。国内关注珊瑚与虫黄藻共生关系的大部分研究, 主要通过检测共生伙伴的生理指标、基因表达和微生物组成等方面, 研究了全球变化(如海水升温、酸化等)对造礁石珊瑚及其共生伙伴在各生活史阶段的影响 (Yu et al, 2021b; Jiang et al, 2023)。针对珊瑚共生关系的多样性, 国际上主要应用宏基因组学等手段, 逐步揭示了包括细菌、病毒和真菌等在内的其他珊瑚内共生生物的多样性及其时空动态, 发现了许多新共生生物类群 (Osman et al, 2020; Pernice et al, 2020; Voolstra et al, 2021)。而在我国, 珊瑚共生微生物在南海的时空分布已被阐明, 如绿色硫细菌等的一些潜在共生微生物被发现(Cai et al, 2017; Chen et al, 2021)。此外, 以溶珊瑚弧菌为代表的珊瑚典型病原菌突破珊瑚共生菌屏障, 引发组织脱落病的致病机制也已得到一定认识(Wang et al, 2022)。

3.3 珊瑚礁生物多样性及其物种分布格局

珊瑚礁生物多样性, 是珊瑚礁生态系统持续发展的基础。对珊瑚礁生物多样性及其物种分布格局的研究, 不仅对珊瑚礁的起源、现状和未来变化有重要意义, 还为珊瑚礁以及生物资源的保护与管理提供了重要理论支撑(Fisher et al, 2015)。相关研究在国内外均颇受关注, 主要围绕造礁石珊瑚生物多样性现状与分布特征、生物多样性的起源和未来以及生物多样性与生态系统关系等方面开展。
首先, 国外学者们已经大致摸清了世界范围内典型珊瑚礁区造礁石珊瑚生物多样性的规模和物种格局分布状况, 但对其功能多样性的研究才刚起步(Veron et al, 2015; Dietzel et al, 2021)。在此基础上, 随着对隐生生物以及中光层珊瑚礁生态系统探索的持续深入, 学者们正在构建更完善的珊瑚礁生物多样性状况与分布特征数据网络(Hoeksema, 2017; Lesser et al, 2018)。不过, 学者们对于珊瑚礁生物多样性的起源和未来则众说纷纭。一方面, 尽管古生物学研究提供了许多关于礁栖生物起源的信息(Bellwood et al, 2017; Cantalice et al, 2022), 但目前学界对于世界珊瑚礁生物多样性中心的产生过程和机制仍没有确切说法(Bowen et al, 2013; Huang et al, 2018)。另一方面, 尽管珊瑚向高纬度或中光层地区的迁移和扩张(避难所理论)被认为是未来珊瑚与珊瑚礁的机遇, 但其中许多关键过程仍饱受质疑(Rocha et al, 2018; Jones et al, 2019)。此外, 学者们还关注生物多样性对珊瑚礁生态系统的影响, 阐明了生物多样性的下降对珊瑚礁生态系统的影响机制(Bellwood et al, 2017)。有研究发现鹿角珊瑚新物种的快速增殖一方面挤占了其他珊瑚物种的生长空间, 另一方面因其具有复杂空间结构而有利于其他礁栖生物的产生, 从而揭示了关键珊瑚礁物种多样性的变化对其他物种的影响(Siqueira et al, 2022)。但是, 国内外对于生物多样性增加是否有利于珊瑚礁生态系统的稳定性仍缺乏充分的证据(Clements et al, 2019, 2021)。在国内, 随着针对珊瑚礁生物多样性的调查不断深入, 学者们已对我国珊瑚和珊瑚礁生物多样性和资源量有较为全面的认识, 造礁石珊瑚物种新纪录以及其群落的新分布得以报道(黄晖 等, 2021)。但对于珊瑚礁鱼类、藻类等其他礁栖生物多样性和群落格局的认识仍较缺乏, 对珊瑚礁生物的演变过程和规律的研究也尚待开展。

3.4 珊瑚礁生物系统发育与进化

开展珊瑚礁生物物种系统发育与进化的研究, 对于理解珊瑚礁高生物多样性的形成机制具有重要意义(van Oppen et al, 2015)。该领域在国际上广受重视, 相关研究主要围绕礁栖生物的系统发育、关键功能性状进化、物种的分化和进化等层面开展。
首先, 应用分子标记和比较基因组学手段, 对珊瑚、虫黄藻等物种的分类体系进行规范与调整, 使新的珊瑚物种得以发现, 珊瑚礁生物(如鱼类)的分类、系统发育和进化过程被不断揭示(Lin et al, 2015; Rabosky et al, 2018; Arrigoni et al, 2019)。在此基础上, 结合古生物化石信息, 珊瑚及其他礁栖生物关键性状的产生时间和进化过程被逐步揭示, 如: 骨骼同位素研究揭示了共生关系的建立起源于晚三叠纪(~212Mya) (Frankowiak et al, 2016); 虫黄藻的分子钟研究揭示虫黄藻科起源于中生代(~160Mya)(LaJeunesse et al, 2018); 石珊瑚与类珊瑚和海葵的比较基因组学研究揭示钙化起源于308.37—265.08Mya(Wang et al, 2021); 物种系统发育进化学研究发现中新世珊瑚分布区域的扩张与鱼类摄食性状产生有关(Floeter et al, 2018)。近年来的研究还关注于珊瑚礁生态系统内物种的分化和趋同进化, 以及造礁石珊瑚与礁内栖息生物的协同进化(Bellwood et al, 2017)。此外, 环境因素导致礁栖生物性状发生变化的过程和机制也被逐步揭示, 代表性研究表明温度变化推动了礁栖鱼类大小的时空变化(Audzijonyte et al, 2020)。

3.5 珊瑚礁生态系统保护与管理

珊瑚礁生态系统保护与管理是保证珊瑚礁与人类和谐发展的主要手段, 是一项需要政府部门、科研人员、社会公众等综合参与的事业(Anthony et al, 2015)。国际上围绕珊瑚礁保护优先和关键、珊瑚礁保护与管理的策略和政策等方面对该领域开展了广泛研究。在国内, 珊瑚礁生态系统保护与管理工作尚未发展至科学研究层面。
确定保护的优先和重点是珊瑚礁生态系统保护与管理的基础。在国际上, 基于物种、功能和遗传等生物多样性方面的研究手段, 以及生物与生态环境相结合的模型研究正快速发展, 有助于更精确划分珊瑚礁资源的热点和贫乏区域(Veron et al, 2015)。在此基础上, 与珊瑚礁保护和管理相关的研究也受到了更广泛关注(Cacciapaglia et al, 2018; McWilliam et al, 2018)。对于珊瑚礁保护区设定的选址、范围、管理等有了更科学依据, 保护区的建立对珊瑚礁生物群落抵抗力的提升效果得到证实(Mellin et al, 2016; McCook et al, 2019); 珊瑚礁生态系统的管理和监测策略更为科学(Masselink et al, 2020); 珊瑚礁生态修复的规范和流程, 以及珊瑚礁生态修复技术渐成体系(Boström-Einarsson et al, 2020)。此外, 近年来国际领域内还加强了有关珊瑚礁生态保护政策的研究。一方面, 在政策研究支持下, 关于珊瑚礁关键物种以及珊瑚栖息地保护的法律法规更为合理和完善, 禁渔期政策的设定被证实能够有效帮助珊瑚礁鱼类恢复种群资源(Waterhouse et al, 2020)。另一方面, 加强国际范围内的联合研究, 对于共建珊瑚礁监测网络、共同保护珊瑚礁等起到了积极推动作用(Sun et al, 2022)。

3.6 人类活动与南海珊瑚礁生态系统

相比于国外, 我国比较重视人类活动对珊瑚以及珊瑚礁生态系统的影响研究, 尤其是在南海范围内。人类活动带来的多种珊瑚礁生态系统胁迫因子(如富营养化、重金属、微塑料、防晒霜、抗生素和持久性有机污染物等)对珊瑚、礁栖生物以及珊瑚礁的影响均受到广泛关注(施祺 等, 2010; Yang et al, 2020; Zhang et al, 2020, 2021; Tang et al, 2021)。其中, 上述胁迫因子对珊瑚的影响以及其在珊瑚礁生态系统中的分布和迁移是国内研究关注的主要方面。

4 研究展望

4.1 珊瑚礁生态学未来发展趋势

根据关键词密度以及近十年来的新兴关键词, 国际上珊瑚礁生态学研究的未来发展趋势将更加注重全球变化背景下的珊瑚与珊瑚礁生态系统、珊瑚共生机制、边缘珊瑚礁以及珊瑚礁保护与修复这四个方面。
1) 全球变化。全球变化导致的珊瑚礁退化是全球共同面临的危机, 全球变化背景下的珊瑚与珊瑚礁, 不仅是当下的研究热点, 也是未来的主要研究方向。珊瑚礁生物适应新环境的速度能否赶上全球变化?未来珊瑚礁生物多样性及其群落格局将如何变化?这些均是未来需要重点探究的科学问题。
2) 共生机制。珊瑚是开展共生生物学研究的极佳载体, 但珊瑚与虫黄藻的共生机制仍未被全面揭示。珊瑚与虫黄藻的共生建立机制、选择机制、维持机制、破裂机制等均是未来研究的重点方向。此外, 在利用海葵和软珊瑚为模式物种的基础上, 开发造礁石珊瑚模式物种与虫黄藻逃逸珊瑚模型, 将有助于揭示共生机制。
3) 边缘珊瑚礁。人们对边缘珊瑚礁的认识仍远不如典型热带浅水珊瑚礁区。边缘珊瑚礁是否能够塑造珊瑚的环境抗逆性?全球变化对边缘珊瑚礁的影响如何?在全球变化不断加剧背景下, 位于近岸和中光层的边缘珊瑚礁能否成为未来珊瑚的避难所?这些均是未来研究的重点方向。
4) 珊瑚礁保护与修复。珊瑚礁保护与修复被认为有可能逆转珊瑚礁不断退化的现状。珊瑚与礁栖生物的恢复力研究、珊瑚礁生态系统保护策略及其服务功能的评价、珊瑚礁生态修复技术研发等方面是未来发展的主要趋势。

4.2 我国珊瑚礁生态学发展对策

近十年来, 我国珊瑚礁生态学领域研究蓬勃发展,研究团队与研究人员快速增加, 领域内的研究已经取得了不少亮眼成果, 得到了国际同行的高度认可(王耕 等, 2019)。围绕南海, 我国已经形成了从个体水平、群落水平和生态系统水平开展综合研究的新局面。但相比于国际, 我国珊瑚礁生态学研究起步较晚, 仍有很多问题制约着该领域的发展, 主要包括缺乏全球性研究和国内与国际的合作研究, 对机制研究不深入, 系统研究不完善, 以及珊瑚礁保护与修复研究不足等。具体方面和对策如下。
1) 提升全球视野。我国的珊瑚礁生态学研究多集中在南海范围内, 近年来开展了针对南海的横跨热带与亚热带的珊瑚礁生态学研究, 但面向全球珊瑚礁生态系统的研究仍然缺乏。在继续巩固区域性研究的基础上, 未来国内研究应重点提升全球视野, 关注全球领域, 开展更大时空尺度的研究。
2) 加强国内与国际合作。尽管近十年来我国珊瑚礁生态学研究处于快速增长阶段。但大部分研究缺乏与国内其他团队的合作, 且鲜有研究是在国际合作背景下展开的。这使得国内珊瑚礁生态学研究领域和层次较为单一, 许多研究对科学问题的解释十分片面。未来应开展更多更紧密的国内与国际合作, 整合国内和国际领域其他团队的研究优势, 加强学科交叉研究。
3) 深入挖掘机制, 完善系统研究。与国际研究相比, 国内研究大多停留在现象发现以及简单的机理性探讨, 缺乏机制性研究。未来应更多结合更先进的生物技术手段, 对相关科学问题进行更深层次的机制挖掘。此外, 国内对于珊瑚礁关键生物类群(如珊瑚礁鱼类、礁栖大型无脊椎动物等)的研究, 以及对于珊瑚进化、遗传结构、连通性和珊瑚礁栖生物之间互作关系的研究仍十分缺乏。未来应关注珊瑚礁生态系统内的关键生物类群开展更系统的生态学研究。
4)增强珊瑚礁保护与修复研究。尽管国内已有多个团队开展了珊瑚礁保护和生态修复的工作, 并已形成了一定规模, 但相关工作绝大部分服务于国家与地方政府项目, 珊瑚礁保护与修复相关的科学研究不足, 在珊瑚礁保护和修复领域尚未形成足够的技术和理论体系。在国内已开展珊瑚礁保护和生态修复工作的基础上, 未来应更注重相关技术和基础理论的科学研究, 从而为未来珊瑚礁保护和生态修复事业提供更充分的科学依据。
