湛江海域5种江蓠属物种(江蓠科,红藻门)的形态与分子鉴定研究

摘要: 湛江地处我国南海海域, 海藻资源丰富, 但有关江蓠属物种多样性的研究较为稀缺。为了明确该地区江蓠属物种多样性及其系统发育关系, 本研究通过形态学、解剖学和分子分析方法, 对湛江海域潮间带大型海藻资源进行了分类学研究。结果表明, 共鉴定出5个物种, 分别为海南江蓠Gracilaria hainanensis、缢江蓠G. salicornia、刺边江蓠G. spinulosa以及两个未定种Gracilaria sp.。文章详细讨论了这5个江蓠物种的分类学现状, 并提供了详细且丰富的解剖学特征图片和分子序列数据。该研究不仅丰富了湛江海域江蓠属物种的多样性, 也为该地区海藻资源的开发与生物多样性保护提供了科学依据。

Abstract: Zhanjiang is located in the South China Sea and is rich in seaweed resources, but studies on the species diversity of the genus Gracilaria are scarce. To clarify the diversity of Gracilaria species and their phylogenetic relationships in this region, this study was conducted to taxonomically investigate the intertidal macroalgae resources in Zhanjiang waters through morphological, anatomical and molecular analyses. The results showed that five species were identified, namely Gracilaria hainanensis, G. salicornia, G. spinulosa, and two undescribed species (Gracilaria sp.). The taxonomic status of these five Gracilaria species is discussed in detail, and detailed and rich anatomical characterization images and molecular sequence data are provided. This study not only enriches the diversity of Gracilaria species in the Zhanjiang Sea, but also provides a scientific basis for the development of seaweed resources and biodiversity conservation in the region.
